Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) lets you pay cash when your order is delivered. Felix offers COD for all products and ships through Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express or Japan Post. The COD handling fee is ¥1,000 (tax included). Whether a parcel may be opened before payment is subject to the delivery company’s rules.

COD Process

Place your order

Apply through Felix and select Cash on Delivery where it is available for the product.

Receive the parcel

The parcel is delivered by Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express or Japan Post.

Pay cash at delivery

Pay the billed amount and the ¥1,000 (tax-included) COD handling fee in cash to the delivery staff. Parcel-opening rules are determined by the carrier.

Cash Payment on Delivery

Felix COD is a cash payment method at the time of delivery. It is available for Felix products; the applicable delivery conditions are confirmed when your order is accepted.
