Pay at a Convenience Store with a 13-Digit Number
SmartPIT is a payment collection service that lets you pay at a convenience store using a 13-digit SmartPIT number, without a payment slip. It is not a QR-code payment service or smartphone app. Supported stores are Lawson, Ministop, and FamilyMart. At Lawson or Ministop, use Loppi, select “For customers with various numbers,” enter the 13-digit number, and choose “SmartPIT payment.” At FamilyMart, use the multi-copy machine, select “Famima T Card / Rakuten Edy / WAON / SmartPIT,” then select “SmartPIT” and enter the number. Present the issued application slip at the register within 30 minutes. Check the payment deadline and the timing of payment confirmation by Felix in the guidance for each order.

Issue an application slip at the in-store terminal
At Lawson or Ministop, use Loppi. At FamilyMart, use the multi-copy machine and enter the 13-digit number.
Pay at the register within 30 minutes
Present the issued application slip at the register and pay by the stated deadline.

You can pay at Lawson, Ministop, and FamilyMart. Lawson includes Natural Lawson, Lawson Three F, and Lawson Poplar.
Pay at the register
Payment at the register is in cash. FamiPay is also available at FamilyMart. Other e-money and credit cards cannot be used.
Application slip valid for 30 minutes
The application slip issued by the in-store terminal is valid for 30 minutes. Present it at the register within that time.
Keep your receipt
A receipt is issued at the register after payment. Keep it in a safe place until Felix confirms your payment.
