Make the bank transfer
Transfer the billed amount to the account shown in Felix’s guidance. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.
Payment confirmation and fulfilment
Felix confirms the incoming transfer before proceeding with the shipment or service provision. Transfers from another bank may take one to two business days to be reflected.
Transfer Details and Payment Confirmation
Check the transfer details: after your application, Felix will provide the dedicated account details. Confirm the bank, branch, account number, account-holder name, billed amount and payment deadline.
Make the transfer: use an ATM, online banking or a financial-institution counter to transfer the billed amount to the account in the guidance. Enter the payer name and any reference exactly as instructed by Felix.
Payment processing: depending on bank business hours and the time of transfer, payment from another bank may take one to two business days to be reflected.
Order confirmation: Felix finalises your order once payment to the account is confirmed, then proceeds with shipping or service provision.
