In-person pickup means collecting your order directly from the Felix office, not paying a delivery driver. Pickup is arranged in advance with Felix at Chiyoda Building 2F-2, 1-90-2 Uneme, Misato City, Saitama 341-0011, Japan. Office hours are 09:00–18:00, every day.

Contact Felix before visiting so the order, pickup date and applicable payment guidance can be confirmed.
Visit the Felix office
Come to the Felix office at the arranged time, during office hours of 09:00–18:00.
Collect the order
Felix confirms the recipient and hands over the prepared item. This process is separate from Cash on Delivery.
