About Home Wi‑Fi Service
Felix Home Wi‑Fi devices are sold outright and are not rental products. Ownership transfers to the customer after full payment of the device price, and purchased devices do not need to be returned when the communication service ends. Supported communication standards, speeds, service areas, and the number of simultaneous connections vary by device and plan. Check the specifications and contract terms for each model before use. The monthly fee is not a device rental fee or installment payment. It is the fee for the SIM and communication service used with the device. The monthly communication service period runs from the 21st of each month to the 20th of the following month. Cancellation requests are accepted at any time. Requests received by the 20th end the communication service on that day. Requests received on or after the 21st end the service on the 20th of the following month. Paid monthly fees are not prorated or refunded, except where refunds are required by law.
